- Dorset: Production of a records management model including policy, file plan, retention schedules and action plans for authority partners
- Hertsmere: Records management study of Planning Department to review and design improvements in procedures and work flow
- Tynedale: Benchmarking current records management practice, undertaking a gap analysis against government requirements, producing an improvement plan and associated deliverables including an Information Management Policy, file plan and retention schedules.

- Railtrack: Requirements specification for strategic electronic document management system (EDMS). Project management from supplier selection to full implementation for EDMS on major infrastructure and associated projects. Undertaking corporate strategy study for EDMS
- Railway Safetey and Standards Board: Study to provide vision and programme for developing their information management initiatives for making railway safety research available to stakeholders via their internet site
- Traffic Director for London: Feasibility study for using document imaging in conjunction with a Geographical Information system
